Welcome back, Mrs. Wyatt!

Caitlin Wyatt returned to SISD this year to serve our youngest Tigers in our Early Childhood Special Education class at Brown Primary. She has three years of teaching experience and is an Smithville ISD Alumni. She is passionate about giving back to the community that invested in her by helping students learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

We are excited to have her back in the Tiger Family!

Hip, Hip Hooray!! We ALL survived the 1st day!!

And what a FANTASTIC 1st day of school it was!! Welcoming our tiny Tigers and their families to Brown Primary was AWESOME. The classrooms and hallways were filled with excitement, bright smiles, and joyful energy as students and teachers kicked off the new school year.

As we move into Day 2, here are a few important reminders for our families:

Beginning tomorrow, parents WILL NOT be able to walk students to their classrooms. There will be plenty of BP staff stationed throughout the campus to greet students, help guide them to the cafeteria or classrooms, and to make sure everyone gets there safely.

Morning reminders:

* Doors open at 7:25am.
* Breakfast is served from 7:25 - 7:50am
* No breakfast will be served after 7:50am
* Students are considered tardy at 7:50am.
* If you child is tardy, a parent /guardian will need to come inside and sign the student in
(Please remember to bring your photo ID)

Dismissal Information for car riders:

* Car tags, please have the student's first and last name AND the teacher's name.
* Please pull up to the dumpster area to buckle your child in.

Looking forward to a GREAT rest of the year!!
