Brown Primary will hold it's Fall Scholastic Book Fair next week 9/30-10/4!! Students will be allowed to visit and make purchases during the school day (sorry, parents are not allowed to visit the Book Fair with their student during the school day) and then families are able to visit together on Family Night October 3rd from 4:00-6:30pm. Families are encouraged to use the eWallet option for cash-free shopping. Please see attached flyers for additional information on how to set up your eWallet. September 23rd is Education Technology Day! On this day we celebrate the technology that helps students to learn better and teachers to teach better. We also recognize our wonderful IT department who keeps all our tech up-and-running! We couldn't get by without you!

Mrs. Pack's Kindergarten class held a parade to show off crafts they made as they learned about and honored Constitution Day!
It's Celebrate Freedom Week! During this week, which falls every year during the week surround 9/17 (or Constitution Day) students learn about the intent, meaning, and importance of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
Have a child with an upcoming birthday? Smithville ISD's Child Nutrition Department is offering a new service where you can order cupcakes, ice cream cups, juice boxes and more to be delivered to your child in their classroom. You can even choose a theme or color scheme!
