REMINDER: Today is your last day to respond!
Attention Sophomores and Juniors! SISD is exploring the possibility of offering free training for upcoming Juniors and Seniors who are interested in the Education Field. The training would be provided by Region 13 over the course of one week in June. Students who complete this training will be able to apply to work in the after school program located at the Elementary campus.
The training consists of teaching leadership skills and skills development.

For any student interested in trying out for SHS cheerleader next year, there is a MANDATORY parent meeting on Tuesday, February 20th at 6pm in the High School Library. Please make plans to attend.
Tryout practices will be March 4th-6th from 3:30-6pm, and tryouts will be during school on March 7th.


This is a reminder that Monday, February 19th, is a staff and student holiday in honor of President's Day. We will see everyone back on Tuesday, February 20th.

Konner and Trace Namken showed their projects at San Angelo over the weekend. Both came back with blue ribbons and Konner was 4th in his class of tractor restoration!

The Tiger Band is hosting their annual Silent Auction and Chili Supper during their Solo & Ensemble Concert on February 15th from 5p-7p (come-and-go). Please come enjoy some great music and a meal to support our band!



Pep Rally fun yesterday to celebrate the last home basketball games of the season! We heard from two of our Senior players, and Mrs. Berry "won" the pie in the face by receiving the most student votes!
The Lady Tigers will be advancing to the playoffs! They play Monday, February 12th, at 6:30pm at Rice Consolidated-Altair against Houston Yates. Come out and support our Lady Tigers!
